storm!
No, I'm not blown away.
But the storm "Kyrill" was interesting nevertheless. And I was very lucky because I caught one of the last train that ran from Cologne to Bonn.
A friend of my flatmate had to sleep at our place because he wasn't so lucky. He couldn't get back home to Koblenz.

Well, at least we American midwesterners will no longer be quite so arch when you Europeans whine about the weather--it sounds like it was a respectable little tempest. In any case, I'm glad you didn't get blown to Oz...or the German version of Oz...whatever that would be.
